OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteadyCedar, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any contractor connected through the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
